This is a “one off” opportunity to get some training and experience with Timelapse photography – and stay overnight in a sub-penthouse on the 60th floor of Q1 on the Gold Coast.
You probably see TimeLapse Photography every day on Television as it is becoming more and more popular for use in advertising and marketing. It can create some spectacular footage but for many photographers is very much a mystery.
Here is a recent sample TimeLapse compilation :
This 24hr Experience/Workshop commences at 12 noon on Wednesday 27th August 2014 at the Gold Coast, where you will be taught the fundamentals of taking timelapse photos. We will undertake several photoshoots, before adjourning to the 60th floor of the Q1 apartments in Surfers Paradise where you will be taught how to process your photos (using free software) to create timelapse video sequences.
As the sun sets we will do some more timelapse shots of the sunset and the lights of Surfers Paradise, and then stay overnight in a Q1 sub penthouse apartment. The following morning we will do a Sunrise timelapse and spend the rest of the morning processing your photos into timelapse videos (using more advanced processing software).
