I was invited to take photos for the Brisbane GIS Day.… part of the annual International GIS Day celebrations to promotes Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and its associated spatial technologie.
The Brisbane event (thanks largely to the efforts of GISPeople – and the Sponsors and Exhibnitiro they have encouraged to be involved) is the largest in the world. It brings together people from throughout Australia – school kids, uni students, professionals, businesses and everyone in between – to showcase the exciting future of spatial technology.
Below are some of my favouyrite shots from the day : (I am also finalising some timelapses – so watch this space :))
- Is it a Bird ? Is it a Plane ?…. No.. it’s a DJI Pantom 2 Quadcopter…
